Free standard UK delivery on all orders £40 and over!

​Standard UK delivery is available and is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items. This usually takes 3-5 working days.

​Please note, as of 1 January 2021, all international deliveries (outside of the UK) may be subject to new customs charges dependent on your total order value, Unfortunately, this is out of our control. We accept no responsibility for unpaid customs and delivery charges.

We do provide international shipping to most countries. If you would like to order but your country does not appear at the checkout, please contact us with the item(s) you wish to order and we can arrange a shipping quote.

​Items will be carefully checked before dispatch.

​We're pleased to announce that all our external cardboard packaging is made from 100% recycled materials!

​If your item is fragile, it will be packed as carefully as possible.

​Please check your delivery address is correct at checkout, we wont be able to accept responsibility for incorrect addresses after your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We hope you love your new Living Joy items. If you wish to make a return then please contact us and we will contact you with a returns address.

​Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your items and must be in the original packaging and new condition. We recommend you return your parcel using a tracked service and obtain proof of postage, we cannot accept responsibility for lost non-tracked returns.

Remember to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then respond with details on how to return within 48 hours.

Please note customers are responsible for the returns postage costs unless the item is faulty.

​If your item has arrived damaged or faulty then please contact us as soon as possible and we can arrange a refund or replacement. (Replacements will be subject to stock availability).
